We like to make everyone's visit to the clubhouse as enjoyable as possible so we have a few simple rules we ask all members, guests and visitors to follow.
Dress code: Members and their guests are requested to dress in a manner consistent with the character and standing of ROSL. Members and their guests are asked to wear smart casual clothing while enjoying the Club’s facilities. National/ traditional dress equivalents are always welcome.
Accommodation: Overnight clubhouse accommodation in London is for the use of members (a non-member can share the room with you). Children under the age of 17 are welcome to stay at the club when accompanied by an adult member.
Mobile telephones, laptops and tablets: These should be placed on 'silent' or 'vibration' mode when entering the clubhouse. Users are requested to ensure that keyboard 'clicks' are switched off. Please be sensitive to other members and guests when talking on mobile phones in public spaces and Mountbatten Room, and do not receive or make calls in the Drawing Room, Bar, or dining facilities of the clubhouse.
Settling bills: Please settle bills for club accommodation at Reception with a debit/credit card or cash. In the case of extended stays bills need to be settled on a weekly basis.
Gratuities: Tipping is at the discretion of members.
