We welcome all feedback from members who have visited our reciprocal club network around the world, to ensure we have the best possible partnerships for those of you travelling and still looking for that home from home feeling. Member Judith Fisher recently visited the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, situated on Auckland Harbour and said the following about her trip.

"This is a wonderful club for all ROSL members who love sailing. It is prestigious in that it currently houses and proudly displays the Americas Cup won by Emirates Team New Zealand in 2017.

"Access to the club is easiest by yacht! Or car. Therefore visitors to Auckland city who don't sail there are advised to take a taxi. We walked, it was hot and it was a long way from the city centre.

"Facilities are tailored to the needs of the people on their yachts - as for any yachting club situated on a marina. The bar and open restaurant were pleasant and informal and there was a sensible menu - suitable for sporty folks."

Formed in 1871, the club has seen incredible success in the Americas Cup, holding the trophy from 1995 to 2003, and winning again in 2017, making them the current holders. Take a look at the facilities and benefits you can enjoy will using the club here.
