Wine, canapés, music, good conversation and great views. What more could you ask for. Such is the popularity of ROSL's Summer Garden Parties, we will holding two this year, one on Wednesday 24 July and the second on Wednesday 4 September.

Starting out in our garden overlooking Green Park, enjoy a sparkling wine and canapé reception accompanied by live music. This is your chance to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones, before heading in to the Princess Alexandra Hall for an hour-long concert from ROSL's prizewinning musicians. In July, the concert will have an antipodean flavour as our New Zealand scholars the Morton Horn Trio will be performing, as well as Western Australia's Shannon Rhodes. In September, winner of the Strings section at the 2017 Annual Music Competition, Mathilde Milwidsky violin will take to the stage.

Afterwards, head to the Central Lounge, where Commonwealth wines and sweet pastries will be served. These are both a great social event and a true showcase of ROSL’s renowned arts programme which supports young classical musicians as they develop their careers. If you are part of the Friends of ROSL ARTS scheme, you can even get a free ticket to one of the two parties, as a thank you for your support for the arts programme, which is so generously supported by members.

To become a Friend of ROSL ARTS, find out more information and download an application pack here.

If you're not a part of this scheme but will still like to join one of these parties, please book online here for 24 July and here for 4 September.
