This week the UK celebrates National Vegetarian Week, which aims to get Britons eating more vegetarian food. ROSL is joining in, with our catering partner Grayons offering a delicious selection of vegetarian specials every day this week, in addition to all the usual favourites you find on the menu.
To kick off the week, head to the Brabourne Room where you can enjoy delicious spinach tortellini, sun blushed tomatoes, garden herb pesto with lemon, and black pepper ricotta. Or how about a classic niçoise salad, tarragon vinaigrette with panko breaded free range egg?
Later this week you can enjoy chargrilled British asparagus, soft poached egg, Lemon and olive oil dressing; or roasted and marinated beetroot and pearl barley salad, baby gem, mint and coriander.
