Following the successful launch of our new Brabourne Room breakfast menu in the last few weeks, visitors to the clubhouse at the weekends will now be able to enjoy brunch from 10.30am-12pm on Saturdays and Sundays in the Brabourne Room. 

On offer, you can enjoy toasted English breakfast muffins served with:     

  • Smoked salmon, poached free-range eggs, hollandaise sauce and chives
  • Honey-roast Sussex ham, poached free-range eggs, watercress
  • Avocado, poached free-range eggs, tomato, coriander and red onion salsa

Or why not try French toast with cinnamon and fruit compote, or Greek yoghurt, fruit salad and granola?
