Now Spring has finally sprung, members can start looking forward to spending many happy hours in the ROSL garden as the weather begins to improve. One of the first events of the year which will see us step outside is the Big Lunch, held at the clubhouse on Sunday 15 April.
The Big Lunch is the UK's annual get together for communities. Last year alone 9.7 million people took part in joining friends, family and strangers in a nationwide act of friendship. This year, The Big Lunch has extended its invitation to the entire Commonwealth as we celebrate our connection with all 53 nations. Join us on Sunday 15 April for ROSL's very own Big Lunch.
Throughout the day there will be a variety of entertaining games to take part in from Jenga to life-sized Snakes and Ladders, competitions, face painting, and a special treasure hunt around the clubhouse. Lunch itself will be an elaborate picnic inspired by the Commonwealth, from Jamaican jerk chicken to the classic pork pie.

Guests attending the Big Lunch can stay two nights for the price of one in double/twin rooms and, for this occasion only, will be able to ask their non-member loved ones to join them for a small fee.
