Last night the Edinburgh clubhouse played host to students from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland for an evening of opera.

Members and their guests were treated to arias from Handel, Mozart and Puccini, among others, all skillfully performed by Soprano Joanna Norman, Mezzo-Soprano Svetlina Stoyanova, Tenor David Lynn and Baritone Jerome Knox, accompanied by Professor Tim Dean, Head of Opera, on piano.

The event was followed by drinks and canapés, where members were able to meet the performers and learn more about their studies and the work of the conservatoire, Scotland's only conservatoire.
