With the reopening of the clubhouse getting closer everyday, Over-Seas House is a hive of activity as we prepare for your return.

Currently, the Reception area is getting a fresh coat of paint, as well as the corridor to the Park Room. Along with the courtyard resurfacing, your first impression of ROSL will be better than ever. We are also refreshing the paintwork in the Duke of York Bar and working our through the bedrooms.

The Garden is also being refreshed, with the large serving shed being removed to make more room for you to enjoy the space while socially distanced. The re-sited structure will allow us to offer better food and drink sevice in the garden. We will also offer heaters to keep you warm in the cooler months. Our gardener has also been busy tending to the planting, so it look better than ever when you return.
