Throughout its 65 year history ROSL ARTS has supported hundreds of musicians, many of whom have gone on to incredible professional careers. Notable names include Jacqueline du Pre in 1961 and Jean Rigby in 1981. As part of our 65th Anniversary celebrations, we are bringing back some of our alumni for a celebration chamber concert on Thursday 26 October.

I know it's only October, but many of you will already be thinking about planning your Christmas break and luckily, ROSL has plenty to keep you occupied over the festive period.

On 11 October 1982, the flagship of Henry VIII's navy, the Mary Rose, was raised from the seabed for the first time in 437 years.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Diana Owen as Director-General; who will take up her appointment on Monday 4 December.

On 17 July 2017 members and guests of the Royal Over-Seas League Victorian Branch gathered at a formal dinner to mark the Centenary of the Proclamation by HM King George V of the House of Windsor. The event was held at the delightful Alexandra Club, Melbourne [named in honour of HM Queen Alexandra].

The winners of the Ensemble prize at the 2015 Annual Music Competition, the Ferio Saxophone Quartet, are touring New Zealand in November with ROSL ARTS, giving concerts in Auckland, Waiheke Island, Havelock North, Nelson, Christchurch, Oamaru, Wanaka and Queenstown.
