ROSL ARTS and BEARSPACE are delighted to launch NO PLACE, an exhibition of emerging artists work examining the theme of finding home at Over-Seas House from Friday 15 September until January 2018.

The clubhouses of ROSL have long been touted as a 'home away from home' by our many international members, a place where members can come to feel as relaxed as they would in their own living room. NO PLACE explores this idea of creating a ‘home away from home’, by asking whether home a notion or a location?

A selection of emerging artists have been invited to explore this theme through a range of mediums and viewpoints; investigating displacement, and a sense of place. The artists who have been invited to take part in this intimate exhibition by BEARSPACE and ROSL ARTS include Lucinda Metcalfe, Chris Hawtin, and Jane Ward. All of whom showed an exceptional understanding of ROSL’s ethos of creating the familiar feel of home in our clubhouses in London and Edinburgh for our international membership.
