...of Sofia Munoz, Assistant Front Office Manager 


Since I graduated from Les Roches, a top-ranking Swiss Hospitality Management school, I have worked at various 4 and 5 star hotels, mostly in Front of House roles, until I decided to experience Clubland and joined the Royal Over-Seas League in October last year.

After just eight short months working for ROSL I feel at home and enjoy every single bit of it. We are currently going through a very exciting period as we are changing our property management system to a very slick new solution that will help us deliver a faster and more efficient service.

My role as Assistant Front Office Manager is to lead the Front of House Team and ensure our members are looked after in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.

Some of the things we take care of is to welcome guests, check-in, check-out, make reservations, answering phone calls and emails, directing members and visitors, and most importantly, we provide information or help when required. By far, my favourite part of the job is getting to chat and joke with our members coming from all over the world and sharing their experiences with us.

We are the first point of contact for everyone that enters the club and therefore many of you are probably familiar with my face or my name already.
