ROSL’s 2017 battlefield tour, ‘From the Somme to Cambrai: British and Dominion forces’, is nearly sold out, so book now to avoid disappointment.
This year's tour will continue our WWI centenary theme by studying the campaigns of 1916 and 1917, when Britain and the Dominions began to take a decisive role on the Western Front. During the tour, we will look at the actions of Australian, Canadian, Indian, New Zealand and South African troops, as well as the British Army. We will also see where the United States Army came into action for the first time.
Leaving by coach on Friday 7 July, the tour will take in Vimy Ridge, the Somme, Arras, Bullecourt and Cambrai, before returning to London on the evening of Monday 10 July. Tickets cost £795 per person, based on a two people travelling together; there is a £100 supplement for solo travellers.
For more information visit the ROSL website. There are now only six tickets remaining, so if you would like to book please get in touch with Events Coordinator Jessica on 0207 016 6906 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
