Following news from the UK government on the success of the country’s vaccine programme, we now have a route out of lockdown and that means the reopening of ROSL’s clubhouse from 17 May, with the garden reopening from 10 May.
Members can look forward to a revitalised ROSL, with the team busy throughout the closure upgrading and improving things around Over-Seas House, most notably our all-new in-house food and drink offering.
Our new Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef will be joining the team in the next few weeks, look out for further information on their plans ahead of reopening. Whether you’re popping in for lunch, having a drink after work, bringing friends for dinner, or hosting an event at the clubhouse, you can expect some new and exciting menus.
The fabric of the clubhouse has also been upgraded so you can make the most of the delicious options on offer. Depending on the pace at which government restrictions are eased and the progress of our maintenance works, the Garden could reopen before the rest of the clubhouse, where you will be able to take the chill off the Spring evenings under our new outdoor heaters, enjoying a drink from our new coffee machines. Behind the scenes, other works will have also been completed such as the upgraded heating, a new fire safety system and a freshly painted reception area.
