In order to visit one of ROSL’s reciprocal clubs ROSL members must confirm that they have read and understood the following terms and conditions:

    1. Reciprocal club facilities are for ROSL members who are travelling outside the country in which they reside or work, unless otherwise advised by an asterisk indicating that members from other states/provinces may apply to use the clubs as marked. Please note that some reciprocal clubs will ask to see your passport. 
    2. For reservations and further information, please contact the clubs directly.
    3. Right of entrance is entirely at the discretion of the club's management.
    4. To apply for a card of introduction please write to the ROSL giving at least 5 working days' notice. ROSL regrets that it will not be possible to issue cards at short notice.
    5. Cards of introduction CANNOT be faxed or emailed.
    6. Please provide your ROSL membership number, club(s) to be visited and the dates between which you will be using the club.
    7. Cards of introduction can be issued for a maximum of 12-30 days (dependent on the club in question) per year per club. In addition, dates requested cannot span more than three consecutive calendar months per club.
    8. If cards are not used they must be returned to the ROSL Marketing department unsigned.
    9. ROSL members may receive up to five cards of introduction per year free of charge. A charge of £10 per card of introduction will be made thereafter. Payment should be made at the time of application by sterling cheque or credit card. ROSL regrets that it will not be possible to make refunds if the cards are not used.
    10. Accounts incurred at reciprocal clubs must be settled on departure. Please contact reciprocal clubs directly for details of their individual policies regarding method of payment, visitor charges, dress code, facilities available to reciprocal members and whether or not guests are permitted
    11. If you have difficulties contacting a club, please call directory enquiries or browse the club's website.
    12. Cards of introduction are issued at the discretion of the Marketing department only upon acknowledgment of these rules and guidelines.
