A Taste of France in London

When it comes to the production of fine alcohols, France leads the world,. Fine wines and spirits have been produced for centuries using closely regulated recipes that help to make French products a byword for quality.

Around the World in 80 Days with the Inter-Club Ball

Over 140 under 35s from London’s most elite private members club descended on the clubhouse last Friday night to set off on their around the world adventure.

Havana Nights

Join fellow Inter-Club and younger members at the clubhouse, as it's turned into a steamy 1950s Havana nightspot, thick with the smell of Cuban cigars, the taste of sweet cuba libres and the sounds jumping Latin rhythms.

Havana Nights Ball Gallery

On Friday night we welcomed younger members from clubs across London to our 1950s Havana Nights Inter-Club Ball.

Meet the Younger Member Committee

Our Younger Members are part of a lively social scene for the under 35s. They are organised in part by the club, but at the helm are a dedicated committee made up of Younger Members who have got involved with various parts of the Royal Over-Seas League, whether it’s helping at events or sitting on Central Council.

Member-Led Events: For Members, By Members

As well as the extensive programme of concerts, exhibitions, talks, dinners, wine tasting, parties, and more, organised by ROSL and Graysons, members themselves are very active in providing entertainment for their fellow members. Whether it's the Younger Members Group, the London Group, or branches around the world, there's something for everyone.

The Clubbers Go Hunting

Younger Member Ciaran Malone reports on last week's Younger Member Easter Egg Hunt.

The Commonwealth and You

How many Commonwealth affiliated organisations, charities and associations can you name, apart from the Royal Over-Seas League? Statistically the average answer is four, so if you were able to name more you are in an alarmingly small percentage of younger people in the United Kingdom. The lack of communication between these groups and younger people has resulted in a lot of missed opportunities. From volunteering, to working abroad, there are endless ways for young people to become a part of the Commonwealth family.

Younger Members First Thursdays

As many of you will know, the staple of the Younger Members' event calendar is the Frst Thursdays meet-ups, which (appropriately enough) happen on the first Thursday of every month. In February, younger members will be gathering to raise funds to help fight the Australian bushfires.

Younger Members Gather for Reception

Last night, the Drawing Room was the venue for the annual Younger Members' Reception, which gives prospective and recently-joined members a chance to find out more about the work of ROSL, meet their fellow younger members and get involved in the group's activities.

Younger Members Take Over

Last night saw the usually subdued Drawing Room and Mountbatten Room taken over for the annual Younger Members' Reception, where new and prospective younger members come together to see what ROSL has to offer.

Younger Members Vote Now

Our Younger Members are part of a lively social scene for the under 35s. They are organised in part by the club, but at the helm are a dedicated committee made up of younger members who have got involved with various parts of the Royal Over-Seas League, whether it’s helping at events or sitting on Central Council.

Younger Members: Let's Pig Out

We're making the most of this glorious weather while it lasts by inviting our younger members to our summer BBQ extravaganza on Thursday 2 August from 6pm.

Younger Members: Voguing in the Garden

Saturday saw younger members from across clubland descend on ROSL's Garden for the Inter-Club Vogue Garden Party.

Younger Members' Reception

Last night saw new younger members and prospective members come together in the beautiful surroundings of the Willingdon Drawing Room for an evening of drinks and discussion, plus a chance to meet the Younger Members Committee and find out about all that the club has to offer.

Younger Members' Spring Dinner

Last night, old and new faces from our Younger Member group came together to enjoy a relaxed evening of good food, wine, and conversation.
