The Bournemouth Branch was founded in 1954 and is a vibrant local branch of ROSL with a popular events programme which includes lunches, a garden party and regular weekly Thursday coffee morning meetings at the Marriott Highcliff Hotel on St.Michael’s Road. Coffee and biscuits at £3. Guests and English Speaking Union members welcome.
Members and guests attending the coffee mornings are asked to enter their vehicle registration numbers on the TV screens located at the hotel reception desk on arrival. This will prevent receiving a demand for parking charges from the company that operates the hotel car park. Pre-ordered lunches consist of a choice of a two course meal, coffee and mints for £24.00 per person. Applications to the Secretary for menus.
