"This silkscreen is made using cmyk (cyan, magenta, yellow and usually black), but without the black. The choices are made by eye. The colours are extreme and the analysis simple, which allows the complex design to feel untroubled.
The title asserted itself due to the pleasure each craftsperson has taken in their use of colour - of the exaggerated forms and colours of the cushions by Josef Frank and the multi-coloured, multi-spouted porcelain vase by Gareth Mason. The strip of fabric behind the table is by Liberty, and the picture's by me." - Judith Symons
