Based at Loch Ness in Scotland, the Cobbs name derives from John Cobb who, in 1952, became well known in the area when he attempted to break the World Water Speed record. The company is family-run. All the directors and key personnel live in the Highlands and they are well known in the hospitality industry.

The ROSL Clubhouse private members club is a relaxed haven amid the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh’s Princes Street. The newly refurbished restaurant and bedrooms represent one of the most exciting projects in the city centre where members and guests can take in stunning views of Edinburgh’s Old Town and the iconic Castle while enjoying a light lunch with a glass of wine, a cappuccino with a slice of home-baked cake, or a sumptuous three-course dinner.
